Had a frustrating experience with a billing issue. Even after talking to the Assistant Manager, nothing got resolved and I ended up disputing the charge.

The cleanliness of certain areas left much to be desired. The elevator showed signs of neglect, and I hesitated to press any buttons. The condition of the bathroom corners and floors indicated a need for thorough cleaning, and my bedding had a noticeable stain that shouldn't have been overlooked. While the rooms are private, they could benefit from additional upkeep to avoid lingering odors.
